• Guidelines and rules apply to all campers and guest throughout their stay.

• Check in time is a 2:00pm. Early arrivals are permitted at a rate of $5.00 per hour.

• Check out time is at 12:00pm. Late checkouts are permitted at a rate of $5.00 per hour and based on incoming reservations for the particular site. These request must be made by 9:00 the day of expected departure. In respect for incoming guest and allowable prep time, any late departure not approved by Acadian Oasis will result in a penalty of ½ daily rental.

• Guest must be 21 years of age or older to rent a RV site on our premises.

• Registered guest are responsible for the safety and behavior of themselves, their children, and any other guests accompanying them at any time during their stay.

• Quiet time is from 10:00pm to 8:00am and is strictly enforced.

• Excessive noise, fireworks, explosives, firearms, nuisance, public intoxication, illegal drug use, nudity, foul or offensive language is not permitted at any time.

• Campers are responsible for keeping the general area of the rental site clean during their visit. We ask that you do not leave cans, bottles, or cigarette butts on the ground.

• Dumpster is located on site for trash to be deposited. Please do not leave trash overnight.

• Utilizing water for washing of vehicles, RV, Golf Carts, or other non-portable services is not permitted.

• Fires are allowed but must be contained in a small fire pit with fire screen and kept near rental site area. All fires should never be left unattended and extinguished prior to quite time each night.

• Respect and courtesy of other campers is required. Please do not invade others space or cut through another campers site without their approval.

• Pets must never be left unattended. Guests are required to pick up pet waste.

• Personal Golf Carts are allowed for a fee of $10 a day.

• Fishing is permitted in the pond.

• No swimming in the pond.
